We generally use express mail through the United States Postal Service to ship our finished jewelry. We also use fully insured UPS
If you are shipping something to us make sure the package does not mention jewelry or diamonds, when writing our name please use "j.Albrecht"----all returned items require previous authorization, please call or email before returning anything. Insurance on packages sent to us is the responsibility of the shipper (that means you!).
