do you guys do repairs?

We do repairs
to the jewelry we have made and sold,
at times we are able
to repair items
that we did not sell or make.
  If you have  fine jewelry
that is gold, platinum, palladium,
and sometimes  silver
we will be happy to take a look at it
and give you an estimate.

All repairs performed
on diamonds and or gemstones
that we did not sell are performed
at no risk to us.
We have 10 years of bench work
to our credit
and many other retail jewelers
ask for our assistance in their repairs.
Most repairs are performed
in our shop right on site.

do you guys do appraisals?

We offer appraisals for insurance
with the items that we sell, upon request.
We do not offer appraisals for items
that we did not acquire and sell.
If you would like information on insurance appraisals
on jewelry you already own please contact us
and we may be able to help point you
towards someone in your area.
When considering insurance appraisals
it is important to find someone
who does not buy or sell jewelry
so that you can have an independent view on your item.

where do you get your diamonds?

Our diamonds have come from
Canada, Australia, Russia, and Africa.

More often than not, we broker diamonds
for our clients
(which is the best way to get excellent advice and value) from sources we have worked with
for years and in some cases decades

how long does it take
to make a custom piece?

Generally speaking
from start to finish
a custom piece takes us about 1 month
to complete.
Our process is very thorough
in trying to allow you to know
what your finished piece will look like
before you pick it up.
We do this with virtual pictures
and a scale model
that allows you to envision the final piece .
If  you are in need of something faster
than this we are open minded
and willing to help if we can.

FAQs

will you guys set a diamond that I bought on the internet?

We will set diamonds
purchased from legitimate internet sellers.
We set these diamonds
as long as you assume the risk
(which is minimal).
When we create a custom piece
for your loose diamond
we set the stone at no additional charge.
If you would like a diamond set
into a setting
that you have purchased elsewhere
we need to see both
to give you an estimate of price.
