The $200 deposit on custom jewelry is non-refundable
Half down is required for special orders from our designer partners
There is no refund on custom design as each piece is created from scratch for you
A refund on in stock items purchased is available 15 days from the purchase date
The refund is available only to the purchaser
Refunds could take 20 days
we do not share your personal or financial information with anyone other than your credit card company
