Jay, thanks a million and what a gorgeous ring.  I wanted to take a few minutes to write you a thank-you note for your beautiful design and craftsmanship on Erin's engagement ring.   Now that we are engaged, we have had a chance to really appreciate the process and the end product. of having custom jewelry created for us.

From a design standpoint, you clearly paid very careful attention to what Erin was looking for- she loves the detail work of the ring that mixes the antique and contemporary styles, and we love that you were able to tackle the challenge of integrating the different stones that have been passed down in Erin's family.  I love it, and more importantly, she adores it. 

From a service standpoint, I really walk away impressed with how smoothly everything went.  You outlined the  process during our initial meeting very clearly, and more importantly, followed through every step of the way.  Seeing the CAD design and trying on the was mold were great in helping us visualize the final product before committing to the final design.  In short, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Thanks again to you and your team- we will recommend you to anyone who cares to hear about it.

I wanted to write you a hand written note but for the sake of expediency, I decided on an email.

I LOVE my ring.  It is more beautiful than I ever imagined.  The mix of the metals is unusual and elegant and the diamonds!!!  I wanted lots of sparkle and, boy, did I get it!  Everyone's first comment is, "Oh my god, it's beautiful!"  Their next comment is, "It's so different."  I love the fact that it's classic, elegant, contemporary and unique. I also love the fact that it was hand made for me.  It is so special to me and I cannot express to you enough my gratitude to you for working with us to create this object of art that Carl and I are both so pleased with.  Carl's ring is perfect, as well.  Both rings are just what we wanted and they are so comfortable.

I haven't worn many rings in the past because I found them uncomfortable but this one is like not having anything on my hand at all.  I even sleep in it.  I think we could have searched the whole world over and not have found another jeweler we could have been as pleased with.  You ROCK!!!!!!!  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I unloaded the rock this weekend while we were up in Breckenridge and everything went really really well.  Couldn't have been better.  She loves the ring and already wants to go in to maybe see if she needs it resized, although I thought it fit great.  She was also interested in keeping it really clean!  So, you may get to know her really well!

Jay and I started working on the premise of my girlfriends rings in late November. I brought in a couple of Ideas and knew instantly that Jay and ONLY Jay would be making the engagement and wedding rings for my girlfriend. After some hashing about on what designs I wanted and with Jays amazing and creative mind we finally came up with a design that, in my mind, was quite simply PERFECT. Unknown to my special woman the ring was being designed and approved and by the first week in January I had approved the final design and we were off to the races.

I picked up the ring on 1 February. On the 3rd we headed up the hill for a day of snowshoeing in Breckenridge. After we had been hiking in the 40 mph winds we took cover in some trees to eat and rest a moment. Overlooking the mountains on that windy day, she stood up and I hit one knee as I reached into my coat pocket (snowshoes still attached) and asked her to marry me. For the first 30-40 seconds she said nothing, then the next few seconds all she could say was, honey. At about the one minute mark I look up and asked, Are you gonna say yes? to which she did reply yes. I had caught her off guard and she remained in Shock all the way back down the mountain.

The design was perfect the first time I saw it. Jay gave me the perfect ring for the perfect woman and it was given in the perfect place. Jay found a diamond that had strong blue fluorescence and when paired with the two wedding bands, which are set with alternating diamonds and sapphires, just explodes with the most amazing blue. My fiance put on the wedding rings today just to see the combination and went out into the sunlight. The rings brilliance was breathtaking.

I searched long and hard (over two years) for a jeweler who go do the extraordinary and make my dream ring for my now fiance a reality. Jay did it with ease and perfection. Jay Albrecht is now and always my jeweler of choice. There are really no words to express my happiness in the ring you have made for my future wife but I will humbly try with a simple thank you.

The most beautiful ring in the world.thats what j.Albrecht designed for us.  Not only have we purchased a custom engagement ring from j.Albrecht, but due to the high quality, and the feeling that we are actually somebody special, we have also purchased custom wedding bands to match, grooms ring, watches, necklaces, and had another custom piece made for a family friend.

Hello! We just returned from Chicago. The wedding went off without a hitch. It was truly a wonderful time. Everyone absolutely LOVED my ring. My mom didn't take the peridot earrings off all weekend, she was so psyched about them and cried when Brian gave them to her. My sister also hasn't taken her pearls off. I just wanted to thank you guys for all of your help. We will always remember you and we promise to keep returning. We've referred everyone we know to you.

I got the ring this morning and IT IS PERFECT! I really love it, and the diamond looks perfect in the setting. It's well-protected and super-sparkly. I was a little concerned that putting it in a bezel would always make it show one color (since it's an L it sometimes looks white and sometimes has a dinstinct yellow tint). I still get the cool color play in this setting though and my stone looks HUGE!

I am really, really happy with this ring. Thanks so much for sending it to me in Atlanta and for being so great to work with throughout the entire process.
